He's had his own catering business for awhile.
They renovated the old Hawk's Nest building, they did a nice job

I will try it. Its hard to get jerk chicken in Baton Rouge and they do it. This place seems like a Jamaican/South Louisiana restaurant according to the menu

Just me but chicken and andouille sausage have no place in seafood gumbo.

Chicken and sausage are much cheaper than shrimp and crab. Gotta load it up with cheap meat to make up for the lack of seafood

obviously Rohan Davey is Jamaican and it looks like the menu is heavy on Jamaican flavors. Hope it does well Rohan is a good dude
