The line there was stupid crazy, as well. I got the Tugaues brisket and enjoyed it.

picked up a debris poboy at the place next to GH Fins... wasn't bad at all.
my thing is with the "debris" is what are they considering debris? when i grew up debris was meat and a bunch of nasty shite in a pot to make a gravy.... this tasted more like a roast that cooked over an extended period of time. It was good don't get me wrong, but i was waiting for liver and some other flavors that I didn't get. It also had cabbage on it.... bread was really good too

I had the usual, roast beef from Boucherie and jambalaya/hot sausage from Crescent Pie.

Fish Tacos from gw fins were also pretty bad.
Like this dude I ditched the lines and constant bumping into people and went to Killer Poboys. Delicious.

You should have gone with the Cochon De Lait po-boy from Love at First bite. The favorite in our household

I got pics. Do you need a photobucket account to post them?

I had the RB from Boucherie too. It was tender, but bland as frick.
The goat cheese crepe was my favorite tho.
Also had a bunch of other stuff.
Wheat meat pies are always underrated
Crawfish bread from audobon institute was ok
GW fins fish tacos gave me stomach ache Friday. They were cold too.
Shrimp & Tasso crepe was good. Banana & Nutella as well.
Had a plum st snoball. Man they were making a killing.
Forgot what else I had. Started to blur

I for the life of me do not understand 1) people actually going to festivals for the food
R'evolution's poboy was really, really good as was the alligator sausage corndog next to it. The fish tacos were meh and those were the only things I had before I needed to get out of the crowd.

Agree on the fish tacos. Thought the duck po boy was a big meh as well.
Muriel's crepes were on point

Agreed, I went to Mona's right next to it and put some sriracha on it
