Jambalaya pot burner regulator hose

I have a 10 gallon Jambalaya pot and just bought a new aluminum burner with casters from Gary matte. What's the best regulator and hose to buy for this rig?

Don’t use a regulator. They fail. Get you a good 10’ hose, put a needle valve between the hose and a propane fitting and your set up

If you know a welder see if he has some on his truck or at his shop he can give you

Our regulator on our 10 gallon pot broke and it was NOT easy to find one in Nashville. I took for granted all the stuff the stores just keep in LA. I ended up ordering a extra one so I will always have a spare.
