Happy New Year!

This version, like the previous version, adds more tabs. It also should be more accurate as far as fill levels. Please don't use any of the older versions - I've worked hard to increase accuracy with each new release.

The first new tab adds the Procedure for actually cooking the jambalaya.

The next new tab adds a bunch of Tips gleaned from the TigerDroppings Food and Drink Board and a few other sources on the net.

The next tab is a ton of useful Equivalents that I collected while researching for the calculator.

Lastly, the last tab has the official Gonzales Jambalaya Festival Rules. This is just for fun, you don't have to limit yourself to cooking only their way. After all, who wants to drag firewood to your tailgate?

Version 6.3

Always use the latest version available.

All I see is a viewer -- but it is quite an impressive view. Is there a more direct link to download?

Thanks in advance.

Notice to everyone using the Jambalaya Calculator:

Please download the latest version, currently 6.3.

I have recently corrected a couple of small errors, but they were errors in the formulas that could affect your numbers a bit.

I haven't really done anything to the classic version in several revisions. It's possible that column is hidden, I'll check and re-upload if that's it.

I believe I've corrected the problem with the classic tab, but I have not tested it.

Of course, this means another version - version 5.41.

I just want to say that I cooked a jambalaya for the first time in my cast iron a couple hours ago. I did the 5 gallon setup. It came out perfect! This calculator is awesome! Thanks!
