I worked at the one on Blueblonnet my senior year of HS. I loved it because I ate for free. The best thing was to put steak, chicken, rice, beans and queso with shredded cheese along with Guacomole, Sour Cream, a lot of the habanero sauce, roasted corn, lettuce and tomatoes in a bowl with salsa and then have 2 flour tortillas on the side. It was money!! Oh and had to have a nice Corona with it or margarita

Where is the Izzo's in Lake Charles? I go there occasionally for business, and would hit Izzo's big time for lunch when I'm in town...

Unless its a franchise, I wouldn't brag about being friends with ozzie or gary.

If you do not know Ozzie, I can only assume that Izzo's has started to franchise out because he is the owner.

Not sure why the guy has such a bad reputation on the board he is a good guy. I will say that I have never worked with or for him though. different story.

He is a good guy just treats people that work for him like crap. He treats his workers like they are working at a McDonalds or something.
