Have a craving for that odd Japanese egg, cabbage and noodle pancake.

Katsu in Lafayette used to but I'm not currently seeing it on their menu.

I don't know of any restaurants with it on the menu, but you can get the ingredients to make it at home at Hong Kong Market on the Best Bank.

Yep that's where I'm heading i guess. I need to get back there again for a restock anyway. Best place for asian sauces and veggies. And great fish selection.

Get some Kimchi , mix it in your pancake batter and slap it on the griddle. Best Okonoyomiyaki ever.

Gave it a shot for dinner. Did Hitoshima style with the ctepe and layers and yakishoba noodles. With egg base. This was first one. The others were better.
