Oh, well. At least they are trying to bring new stuff in. I've been happy with the upswing since they opened the BR one. It's opened our market to new stuff we wouldn't otherwise see.

Yes. It's been great for us being able to get things that aren't usually available here (GI sisters, Parish anything, etc)

$13.49.

Youngsville location was $12.99
I paid $13.99 elsewhere and $15 at the brewery. Which I'm ok with paying more at the brewery because I know it's directly supporting them. And helping pay for that expansion.

I will be in the Brousard/Youngsville area this Sunday. Where is a good place to pick up some Parish brews?

brewery and ambassador wine and spirits both closed on sunday. your best bet is hitting an albertsons. i know the one at KS and ambassador keeps fresh parish brews.

Rouses in Youngsville and nunus in Youngsville are places I'd look for fresh parish stuff. And maybe GR. I know both locations had some last night

I just got a case for the restaurant today. Snatched a bottle to take home and just popped it open. Thinking $25 a bottle is fair for restaurant pricing.

$25

That's a 40-48% mark up from what I pay at stores. Is that normal? I could see $20 at a restaurant and is buy a bottle. But $25.. Idk. I also am not familiar with your restaurant

Usually most restaurants markup products 2-3 times wholesale. This is right over 2x and it's mainly because of the expensive sticker price on it. I mean hell, the cove charges $125 on 1.25 oz of pappy 23year. The retail on that bottle is $250 (never sold at that). That's right around a 1000% markup over the MSRP. And honestly I got one case and a few will end up at my home so there won't be too many available.

The wife and I were talking about hitting your place for lunch tomorrow anyway. Sounds like we should definitely go now.

It's usually marked up more. Think about it this way: A bottle of beer at a bar or restaurant is say $4.50. Retail 6-packs of the same beer will be $8-$9.

Call ahead tomorrow. It'll be slammed for the holidays. I'll be there around 10 and the opener at least by 930 to get a table. Just track me down and I'll grab you one. The staff doesn't know it's in yet. Not sure I'm gonna tell them

I just wasn't sure how much mark up typically is but thinking about it makes sense.
I guess I need to find out from B what restaurant this is.

Any update on when this is going to happen? I'm hoping to bring some home with me after the holidays.

Where? I'm not going to try to snake in on BMoney's bottle, but I'm just curious where/what your place is.
