I bought an empty bottle yesterday and would like to put my bottle of Costco 20 yo single malt in it. Someone told me it contains lead, so you shouldn’t put alcohol in it.
If the bottle contained a very expensive Cognac in it, why doesn’t that get contaminated?
I’ve searched the net, I’m getting different answers, it’s good, it’s not good, etc.
I’m bringing the question to the experts.

Add that to your list of shite you don’t have time to worry about.

Last night I broke the seal on a Jim beam decanter that looks like Elvis.
