I bet you could easily get a reservation at A Mano, Le Foret, or MiLa....lunch reservations are really not hard to get.

outside of Easter, Mother's Day, and a a T-Giving at a few places lunch reservations are pretty easy...esp on a weekday, even if it's good friday.

I bet the only places one couldn't get into for lunch tomorrow with a reservation would be Emerils, CP and maybe August....

Galatoire's, The Galley, Deanie's, etc will be ridiculous waits...

There will be a lot of pompano and crabmeat maison moving that day...followed by drinks at the Absinthe House...followed by a wasted, rich bitch ruining her Good Friday by eating a Lucky Dog.

I have had success at Galatoire's and CP after a Friday lunch with the older ladies when I was in law school. I learned many things...good and bad.

I really like Nola for lunch. The lunch prices are reasonable and the brisket and brie mac and cheese is fantastic. That one won't really work tomorrow, but I think Nola puts out a good product for the price at lunch. If you don't have a crowd, sit at the bar and you may not need a res.

MiLa- 3 course for 20
Le Foret- 3 courses for 25 (no choices on items though, but I have not had a problem wanting everything on the menu)

Nobody goes to these places. Check out Vizard's for a quality meal done right.
