Is Smashburger the best fast food chain for burgers?

Had a burger there last night, and it was awesome. Best fast food burger venue IMO
Five Guys comes in at distant second place for me.

Sonic burgers are great.. their mayo in the shreaded lettuce is fantastic
edit: but yes their fries are bad.. but who gets fries when they have incredible tots

I don’t consider that fast food when there’s no drive thru

This. I mean burgerfi or shake shack or a ton of others. Smashburger can't seem to stay in business around here

Five Guys is way better than Trashburger and Burgersmith is better as well.
ETA: Whataburger is also better. Smash burger is pretty much crap.

Both of my Shake Shack experiences have given me no reason for a return visit. Both were at Minute Maid so maybe it's just a horrid location. That restaurant niche (upscale fast food) doesn't really appeal to me outside of a ballpark setting, so I doubt I'll eat it again.
