Wasn't there a thread about Stella not too long ago?

It hasn't gotten any better since then.

Peroni is a step up, from what I remember, but still nothing special.

And yes, Becks is crap.

I can tolerate Stella. Peroni??? I have yet to have one that I don;t find skunky. It is one of the skunkier beers I have ever had.

we did a seasonal tasting this weekend at my house. We did a new belgium, an odells and a big sky seasonal. Four of us tasted them, we all thought the new belgium (hoptober) was the best of the lot.

New belgium beers are not crap by any means. Most of their beers are solid.

Coming from someone defending Becks.....I'll take that as a compliment.

Negative. Most everyone whose opinion I trust thinks New Belgium stuff is mediocre.

I just said its not in the same quality category as the other beers you listed. Its a style of beer you don't like. Therefore its crap and anyone that has ever enjoyed one under any circumstances is stupid.
I get it.

Most everyone I trust thinks its good. So there.

My apologies. I'm in the wrong thread. You're apparently right where you belong.
Feel free to post outstanding reviews of beers that no one has ever heard of and can't find. Everyone will be impressed, I'm sure.

I mean....it was the premise of the thread.

But I'm not a beer snob, I just have better taste than everyone else.

I usually agree with your tastes.

I'm faily indifferent to New Belgium... Fat Tire has never impressed me, and their Tripel wasn't anything special either. But, they aren't readily available in BR so I haven't drank enough of their beer to really have a strong opinion.
