A combination of crawfish, shrimp, andouille sausage, cajun spice, bell peppers, onions, jalapeños, and mozzarella cheese on a pizza sounds simply delectable.

All of the ingredients sound delicious.

But I tend to like pizzas with thin, crispy crust, so I tend to stay simple with toppings, nothing worse than a soggy crust, or picking up a slice and having all of the toppings slide off. How is this one along those lines?

Johnnys cuts their pizza into small cheese stick shaped slices and this pizza tends to hold up well. I got one about a month ago and it was great.
