I picked some "81% Lean Ground Beef" from Rouse's and grilled some burgers.. LOL.. They lied it was not "81% Lean Ground Beef". I was fighting fires and the grease smoke was so bad I couldn't see the burgers on the grill. I picked up some of the same ground beef before and it wasn't this bad.

Had our feast earlier. Smoked some pulled pork since last night, baked beans with Benton's bacon, gouda mac and cheese, green chili corn casserole, and a Costco key lime pie.

Wife made the potato salad yesterday.

Baby backs went on the smoker at 11.

Still have to make the elote salad, but that takes all of 30 minutes.

3 racks of meaty baby back ribs on at 11. Smoked Hungarian and fake NE Ohio Andouille sausage (AKA kielbasa with too much cayenne pepper) on grill 20 minutes before chow time. BBR baked beans, tater salad and my share of adult beverages.

Fired up the smoker last night and everyone and their momma started bringing me meat to add. Began with 3 briskets and 6 tri tips.

Tips came off and homemade pork/beef sausage went on along with a piece of brisket and a piece of butt.

Funny you say that. I saw it in the ad and laughed at it being 81% instead of 80%.
