Isn't all fried chicken "right out of the grease" at one time? Are you talking about not letting the grease drain?

That means ya aint neva had some fried in old grease used a few times too many.

I tried to eat one right out of the grease one time and it burnt my chest, neck, head, breast and chest area unmerciful.
