Okki Tokki is very good. Recently opened near Blue Bayou in the ole "The Yard" location. It's about $15, but I've had it twice and it easily made 2 meals for me each time.
Cava is also good.
Chipotle never had much flavor for me.
Izzo's spicy chicken is good, but their steak & birria both suck

Ate once at Cava and realize I miss Zoe’s.

I've only had CAVA and Chipotle. CAVA is better for my palette.
