Is Billy's Boudin the most successful restaurant in America?

Driving to Baton Rouge for work tonight and I decided to stop at the Scott location. It's always crowded but I assumed by 6 PM the line would've died down. Nope. Completely wrapped around the inside and drive-through out to the street.

I usually just walk in and get what I need. But I don't travel at peak tourist times.

Isn't rough formula for restaurants 1/3 food cost, 1/3 labor and 1/3 everything else? Seems like Billy's is doing it right then.
And the last time I was at the Scott store -- on a Sunday, no less -- it was 39 minutes from walking in the door to getting my order and walking back out. Won't do that again (hello Krotz Springs and Opelousas stores, and F the Horace Wilkinson Bridge), but I'm happy for them.
