I'd imagine you could look at the nutrition info for Subway (putting whatever is on your AM Mart sandwich) and guesstimate AM Mart using that, maybe adding 50-100 calories to the total to be on the safe side.

I mean, the nutritional value of mayo is not some unknown thing...? Ask for no or easy mayo, and calculate a tablespoon or so. This isn't hard stuff.

I'm not sure if it's healthy are not but the cajun turkey sandwich from circa 2005 was the greatest sandwich of all time.

I had one a few months ago when I was in the area. Still tastes the same.

Hardboiled eggs and canned tuna are the broke-college-kid's high protein friends. Cheaper than Am or Subway, and better for you. It takes 10 mins, max, to boil an egg. Or, if you're feeling ambitious and have 15 minutes, learn to softcook an egg in a little salsa straight from the jar. Eat w/a spoon from the pan, or make some toast and dip into the runny yolk. Or roll the whole thing up in a toasted tortilla.

No more gross processed cold cuts and mayo, once you master a few simple egg dishes.

AM market is a good cheap poboy but I use to deliver there and the father was very very rude and difficult to deal with.
I was so glad when we dropped the account vendors hate delivering there and refuse to eat there as well.

C’mon, jarred salsa is minimally processed, compared to cold cuts and industrial bread. Apples and oranges.
Besides, I was making a broke-college-kid friendly cooking suggestion. Cooking skills gotta start somewhere, and if that’s using the damn Pace picante sauce, so be it.
