Instapot 8-1 multicooker

Is apparently not the same thing as a instapot pressure cooker. I have been told this by my bride when she opened it this morning.
She gave me a vitamix which I am pretty happy about.

Second, it seems like Janky was trying to get his lady what she wanted, and didn’t realize the instant pot had a pressure cooker AND a crock pot.
Instant being the key word.

I'm confused, are you being serious or sarcastic? I thought all the instapot ladies were pressure cookers to a degree, thus the 'insta' pot name.

my mother gave this pressure cooker 9-in-1 device to my wife today and my wife (after we got home) said no way, I dont need to learn another device,i know how to cook, blah, blah, blah........wants to give it to our college aged son in the dorm.
