In search of some new grouper recipes to try, just got my hands on a few yellowedge fillets.

The best way to eat fesh grouper, is to season with salt, pepper, maybe a small amount of all purpose/cajun seasoning, then lightly flour the filets (make sure they are dry, not wet), then heat pan to medium high, put a splash of olive oil,and generous amount of butter in pan, let butter and olive oil melt together, then put fish in pan, cook on each side til golden brown.

Do this but with grouper instead of trout.
