In Dallas and saw they have an In and Out. Never tried it. First time I’ve seen one. Is it worth a stop? Was curious about the place. Didn’t plan on stopping there. Ate at Twisted Root Burgers. Wasn’t bad at all. Would recommend. Good food and service.

Not really. There will be way better places to eat nearby.

Agreed.

Or just never go in the first place.

From Fletch Lives:

Fletch : [flirting] Hey Betty, how about lunch at the In N' Out Burger?
Betty : [disgusted] No.
Fletch : Okay, forget the burger, how about just the In N' Out?
[she sneers at him]
Fletch : Ok, how about just the In?

That place is horribly overrated.

If you think a fast food burger is worth a stop in a city with dozens of good local places is worth it, then sure.

I enjoy the burgers and absolutely hate the fries. I usually love fresh cut fries, but there is something off about the fries there, they just aren’t good. Only way I eat them is animal style, and still they aren’t great.

Tried it when I first moved to Dallas. Not that great. There’s always a line at the one by my house so people must like it.

Worth a stop? Sure if you’re hungry and just need something to eat.

Worth the hype? Not even close.

I will never understand the hype. I've gotten better burgers from Sonic and Wendy's, and yes, I had it on the West Coast ordered animal style. It's a step up from McDonalds, but what the heck isn't?
