Ideals for leftover pork roast

I have a half of a gallon ziplock of left over pork roast and I’m looking for ideas other than sandwiches. I was thinking maybe putting it white beans in a crock pot.

I love making quesadillas and tacos out of leftover pork.
Add it to a chili since it's starting to get cold.
