and forgot why I hadn't been there in about a decade. I had a calzone and a drink and after tax it was damn near 15.00. The calzone was basically just a ton of bread with hardly any toppings. There are too many good pizza spots popping up in BR for this chain to survive much longer.

Calzones are a frickin rip off everywhere. Too many options to still go there except for cheese stick and pizza for kids.

Did you eat it with a fork and a knife?

I think it was $3.99 calzones on Wednesdays back when I was at LSU (maybe it still is?)

Used to get that every dang week

The Wednesday calzone deal has increased over the years. I think it’s $5.99 now.

I think it helps. You can help distribute and disperse the contents into ya mouf instead of having to be committed to whatever it is that’s on the fork.

I always found a calzone better if you add sauce to the inside as well as a on the side.

Used to go almost weekly on Wednesday at my old job. The one in Port Allen had a great tap list.

Tip, if you order a supreme and sub out toppings you can get pretty much any calzone without extra charges.

I'll eat one occasionally on Wednesday's but haven't paid full price in years.

I have been to several, although none in about the last year. They all used to have decent tap lists. I've been very disappointed lately though.

Calzone Wednesday is a fairly good deal....thirsty Thursday is pretty great, especially with the solid tap list here at the Shreveport one....other than that I'm not picking rotolos. The food is good enough, but I've never seen a place with such consistently bad service. Other than the bartenders it seems like a new cast of clueless high school kids every time I go

The Sweep the Floor cheesesticks are the GOAT. Although I think they changed the name to the Krewe Cheesesticks now because Sweep the Floor sounds disgusting.

Pepperoni, Bacon, Feta, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Parm.

I know the Westbanker that owns the Alabama franchise and he is an absolute douchebag therefor I refuse to patronize any location.

Rocca makes a good pie in BR.
