I just mixed it with mayo for french fries, and about to put it on a burger..

Use it on everything.
Might have to give the ketchup a try, but I rarely use ketchup.

I plan to, I can't believe I just discovered it. It's like freaking Christmas in food town for me, I just finished the burger with it...outstanding.
Now I'm looking at the bottle on my desk and wondering literally what it WOULDNT work on. Ice cream....maybe.

It's awesome. I still like my tabasco for gumbo, red beans, jambalaya, etc. and my Louisiana Hot Sauce for certain things, but the Sriracha is the bomb. It has flavor like no other hot sauce out there. Great on Mexican, Fried foods, and anything Asian.

I also just tried this stuff for the first time recently. I've been putting it on everything since. My favorite thing to put it on is breakfast burritos.

Siracha mayo (mix your own how you like it with a touch of garlic) is the tits on a burger

Its a hot chili sauce I use it a lot but certainly not in the same way I would use a red hot sauce.

This is exactly why I'm so excited. I've put red hot sauce on things I just wanted to crowbar it onto before, and it just doesn't do it for certain foods.
The sriracha hot chili sauce fills that void.

Should I marinate my fillet in it then cook to well-done (after pre-heating in the microwave, of course), or should I just use Italian dressing for my marinate and dip the steak in it after cooking?

Not in the boil but squirt a bottle all over the outside of the crawfish right after you pull them from the water.

You just made the base for Dynamite sauce:

I actually have found that Sriracha doesn't go well with most cajun food. Like others have said, I prefer tabasco or other LA hot sauces for that. It can go good with Mexican. It goes great with bar food.

I hate my FIL's Lafayette style boil on the outside in a cooler, and this sounds like a whole new level of ruining them.
