I just discovered Billys in Scott

After seeing the signs on i10 for the last 20 years, I finally managed to get some boudin bals and pistolletas from there. Man they are so good, feels like I should gone there much sooner.

Are they letting people in the store yet? You could only order from outside recently. Best Stop lets me inside to shop, so I've been going there.

Yeah I love the pepper jack boudin balls there. The exit in Scott is a national treasure for pork lovers. (Billy’s, Don’s, The Best Stop, & NuNu’s).

We did a couple taste tests and I've preferred Don's every time out of the "big 3" in Scott. I used to like Billy's, but I've gotten too much gristle in their boudin the last 3 times I've gotten it.

I know I'll be in the minority here but, I'm not a fan of the stuffed bb's. I also prefer the cornmeal type breading. Tony's has the best bb's.

I’ve been saying this for years, and it’s why I don’t buy boudin from Billy’s. Every time I’ve tried it to give them another shot, bam...gristle.

I quit going to Billy’s. It’s not worth staying in line for 40 minutes when dons and best stop taking 5 minutes to order

Boudin balls are legit but that’s about it. Plus I’m not waiting in an outrageous line to get the same if not better product half a mike down the road
