I cooked a pork roast down with a couple of fresh peaches and a sweet potato

It made a fantastic gravy. Just the slightest amount of sweetness. Cut it with a bit of cider vinegar. Onions, garlic, and a mashed up fresh cayenne pepper. It was a good dinner over rice.
