Going up for a soccer tournament this weekend. Just looking for a good local place for dinner the one night we’ll be there. Bonus if there’s a good breakfast place for the next day. We’re staying at a Hampton off of 231 and Martin road.

I would hit up Campus 805. Yellowhammer has a great pizza place and Straight to Ale has good food as well.

Breakfast - My fav is Little Rosises for Mexican Breakfast. Others near your hotel would be Blue Plate Cafe, Rolos.

Love some Yellowhammer. They had a rep down here last week at a local grocery store and giving out free glasses with a 6 pack. Not sure I’ll be able to make it with the kids but maybe.

For breakfast Commerce Kitchn, Purveyor and the Lumberyard all have a nice Sunday brunch. Commerce Kitchen and Purveyor are great for dinner too. Gibson’s bbq has a great old school breakfast, homemade biscuits and country ham.

Check out Bigfoot’s Litte Doughnuts for Saturday bfast.

For nicer dining try Cotton Row or Commerce Kitchen, both downtown in the courthouse square.

1892 East in Five Points.

Great food, and if you're looking for breakfast on Sunday, they have an excellent brunch.

Thanks everyone. We won’t be getting into town until lunch time Saturday so it will just be dinner and breakfast/brunch on Sunday. I’ll look those up and let the soccer player pick.
