I've had this in my freezer for a while now. Was thinking of spatchcocking and throwing it on the pit for Thanksgiving. Any suggestions?

I cooked it once with beer can method. I also finished with hot butter/oil to crisp up the skin in the last minute

No Peking in the oven while it’s cooking.
