Went to a local mexican restaurant and got take out yesterday. That’s the only time I’ve eaten out this week

I ordered out last night just for a break. I'm 100% for supporting local but I dont know how long I will be working and I dont want to dip to far into my savings if I do have to take a furlough. Therefore we've been cooking a lot and eating out the freezer when possible.

We've been eating out a little more the past week.

I need to gtfo of the house for a bit and figure that it might be at least a small help for some of these places.

Had a gyro/shawarma combo plate about 30 minutes ago which was delicious.

About the same amount as usual: but I’ve been directing it all toward independent, mom n pop type places.

I’ve ordered out more this week than I have in all of last month. Almost want a break and to just stay home and cook. But I’ll probably order food again tonight.

Stay strong local restaurants!

Picked up merchant twice. Also thinking about grabbing a couple of growlers from tin roof. 50% off

50% off? shite that’s a nice deal. I picked up cans from Trillium yesterday at the sweet deal of 0% off.

To answer the OP, we haven’t ordered out at all and this thread is starting to make me feel really bad about it

I lived in those townhomes behind the Merchant / Ivars and was there all the time.

We are doing once a day, and tipping amply.

But it's not sustainable for us as teachers; numbers just don't work. But in the meantime, support.
