Does anyone know how many servings of pulled pork a 10 pound boston butt will yield? Serving size being a regular hamburger bun size sandwich.

I am cooking an 11 lb for a small party in a few weeks for about 20-25 people

About 32 if you putting 4oz on each bun
Start with a 10lb roast, end up with about 8 pounds of meat.
8*16/4=32

Your number seems more likely. There's a lot of waste in a Boston butt.

I hope they aren't big eaters.

I made a 6 pounder and it just barely fed 10 hungry guys.

If I'm only doing pulled pork for that many people, I'm doing two 8-10lb butts. As you add other meats, you can obviously back off that number some.
