The only things I usually ever end up throwing out is produce that has gone bad, cheese that has molded over, or milk that has expired.

With two young kids and a wife that doesn't like to eat leftovers, unfortunately I triumph that number.

None..
Every day I cook today's dish.
In the fridge I've got yesterday's as an option.
Then I've got 2 day's before leftovers as option.
If anything does not get eaten by the third day...

If I go to the grocery- not much, if my wife goes then it is a lot more.

I waste a lot of food and I hate it. For some reason, I will no longer eat left overs, and I dislike meat that has been frozen.
