I don’t think mine has made it past 5 hours.

If I only light one end, it will last 8-10 hours.

Should have bought the tube. The tube has never gone out on me. Burns straight through until the end.

Does it burn up or stop prematurely? I had issues with it getting put out by poor airflow, splatter, etc. I ended up having to microwave my pellets, build a tin foil tent, and adjust my vents with my old MES.

Mine burns up and I’m left with ashes after 5 hours

What size do you have, you may need to restrict air flow.

Humidity or lack there of can make a big deference.

I've had a tray go over 12 hours when I was doing batches of ribs.
The pellets must be absolutely dry and packed tightly together and out of the way of dripping grease.
