If you do go to Chinatown - Saigon Pagolac for Viet in Chinatown.

Get the 7 kinds of beef build your own spring rolls. You get veggies, sauces, beef 7 ways, dry rice paper and hot water - it's labor intensive but two ppl will eat for $25.
