Man I haven't been to Petrol Station in a couple years, but yeah, the burgers they have there are great from what I recall.

Its owned by one of my good friends. Go in and sit at the bar and make sure Jose is serving you (he is usually behind the bar making drinks). Tell him his buddy that went to LSU sent you and he will take care of you. Their food is great and authentic but their margaritas are next level. I think they have the 2nd or 3rd largest tequila selection in the Houston area so if you enjoy a good tequila, they will have it.

Seafood-Reef, Bernadine's, Goode Company I know they're part of the monster that is the Pappa's empire, but Pappa's Seafood House is fantastic. They have a seared salmon with a diablo sauce that is out of this world good.

Sushi/Japenese-Kata Robata, MF Sushi, Uchi Gotta throw some love to The Blue Fish. Their rolls never disappoint, especially not the jalapeno mango tuna roll. I also think most should know that Uchi isn't your standard sushi restaurant. I've taken folks there who were major disappointed. It's not for everyone.

I mean are we talking Greek food (catch all for like gyros, hummus, falafel, and shite) or actual Greek food, cause Helen falls in the second category and was up for a James Beard.....
Pappas is okay I guess, I certainly woulnd't send anyone here specifically, but whatever....I'll go to the Little Pappas on Shepherd for cheap oysters. Pappa Burger is pretty good.

Any recs on a good Ramen spot? I'm gonna be in town Friday-Monday. I'm up for any suggestions for indian dives as well. I've never been to Chinatown or little India but we're up for exploring. Staying near the Galleria but up for driving where ever. Gonna be in the woodlands Saturday afternoon/night.

Only places I've been are Samurai noodle at I-10 and durham and ninja ramen on washington. Enjoyed both but admit not to be a ramen aficionado by any means. Probably give the slight edge to samurai noodle, but ninja is a better space.

My neck of the woods too. As previously mentioned......everything Killen's touches is gold. Nothing else in the area is worth mentioning since it's chain heaven. King's Berrgarten is ok if you like blank Germany food. The atmosphere is cool and the beer is on point.
The Monument Inn.....is not good.You'll need to travel a little bit to enjoy what the city has to offer cause none of it is around Pearland.
