Thai Gourmet for Thai....Galleria-ish area
Pepper Twins or Cooking Girl for Szechuan.....Pepper Twins is in Midtown, Cooking Girl Montrose
House of Bowls for Hong Kong style noodle dishes...Chinatown
Bun Bo Hue Duc Chuong for....you guessed it....bun bo hue...large or small, that's all you get....Alief

I was underwhelmed with the quality at this one as well. I been to the chinatown one countless times and they just seemed to slack on the dishes a bit
