Anyone ever experiment with this?

If so, did you use brisket and did you use the point, flat or both for it?

That was a good one! I ws thinking about duck pastrami this past week. 32 boneless/skin ON 6-7 oz. duck breast are $122.00 minus tax. I guess I'll wait a while.
I was going to use duck pastrami in an appetizer size serving for an outdoor/BBQ trade show in a few weeks.
