I don't remember any issue in 2019, but maybe that was the year. You were at 2019 and I don't remember any bitching.
I think I worked 2018 and just stopped in to buy an assload of bbq for my guys. So that seem like the year it went sideways.

God Bless Hogs! They deserve a ton of credit for leading the return of festivals in Louisiana.

I like it. Plaquemines Parish probably gives outsiders coming in a chance to see a better representation of mainstream South Louisiana than New Orleans anyway.

Except they aren't leading the return. The LA Crawfish festival in Sr Bernard is end of april/beginning of May.
There is also a festival in Lafourche middle of April.

State mandate on festivals.
But as another poster stated its more of a hey we put out the signs and advertisements about the masks. What more you want us to do kind of thing.
It will likely be like most places these days. Signs up but no one says anything if your not wearing one
