Several teams went to higher ups about the band top up issues and whether we could take cash. Were told they were trying to resolve the issues, but no mention of telling people to use cash or that it could be fixed at customer service.
Honestly, the teams seemed just as frustrated

The one to the left of the Blue Plate stage had a tip jar out. That looks like it, Not sure what the rules are. I don't know that the beer booth workers are volunteers.

This was in the back corner up against the levee
Asking for a tip is generally a turn off wherever I see it, I was just surprised to see it there, especially for grabbing a can of beer
