Ha. No struggle in your life is going to make me feel badly for your whining because I called you dramatic. Thicken your skin and move on. I’m sure there will be a response from Hogs and I’m sure they hate that this happened.

Stomping around about customership doesn’t even work in legitimate customer service businesses. It just looks super tacky. There’s ways to voice how much of a bummer it was that don’t look that way.

Like i said earlier :

The Hogs workers were nice as can be. They apologized and realized their mistake

They didn’t shift blame and throw shite at me like you have. All while throwing shite at my kids.

You have me completely confused.

I get you loaded $100 on you band and it didn't show. That sucks. Would have went to Customer Service myself, but not everyone thinks like me.

You then said you had to leave.

Then you said you went to a top off stand and used your credit card.

Then said that still didn't work.

At which point I would have definitely gone to customer service.

Hopefully BlackendOut shows up before too long to help this guy out.

I talked to multiple workers at the event. They all apologized and said shite was hitting the fan with the top off wristband system

Lmaooooo whatever dude. Reading skills could be useful for you. Nowhere did I shite on your kids. I couldn’t care less about your kids. I however will point out the drama in someone getting on the internet to publicly declare their boycott of a charity event because a technical error happened.

Nah, she did

I assume she was talking about the actual charitable event. You responded with self-praise

I get it. LL has plenty to hate for being a midget troll with weird feet and a mediocre drink maker (AT BEST). She is right this once

So did you use your card to put additional money on the wristband or not? I get you put the $100 before you got there, or whenever.

There’s lots of people who had similar problems to him. Idk where customer service is at hogs to be honest. I do know one booth openly got on their mic PA system and said they would accept cash because the system was a POS. This was one of the bigger booths too.

At the gate when you walk in.

Seems like Hogs might be at the point where they need a mobile cell site set up for the event. Most of the big festivals use them, but I doubt any of the carriers keep track of festivals like hogs.

Might be something that they need to look at coordinating or at least giving a heads up to.

I put $50 on my card before I got to the event

$0 showed up at food booth

Went to top off booth. They said “we show $50 as well”.

Went back to food booth again

$0 showed up again

Went back to top off booth and added another $50 thinking that would help

$100 now showed up online

Went to food booth again

$0 showed up on key pad

Others in here have said the same, and while I was at the fest this was happening to multiple people

It’s weird the customer trying his hardest to spend money is being blamed here

I missed them, granted I was only looking for the place to put money on the card. That would make sense though

Yeah, that is extremely strange. Especially since the top off booth is reading your wristband no different than the food booths.

Yeah. I don't know her from Adam, but nothing she said should have deeply upset a self-proclaimed not upset person.

Hopefully they will go another route next year, but really they “lost a customer” for something they have no control over?

Huh? No control over?
