I'll probably make that again some other time. It just seemed too similar to the 7 flavor beef dish.

Thanks for the advice on this. They had these at the market in Corpus Christi. I served this as one of many things in this crazy feast I put together. I did it in the oven, I think I'll fry next time.

Only did the oven because I was frying some shrimp and was running out of space on the stove

Definitely. I wasn't too pleased with the curry but I did make an excess of food so it didn't really matter anyway.
