It's a good morning for a glass of egg nog and whiskey today. I picked up a bottle of Costco's Kirkland brand of Canadian Whiskey to try and it's not bad at all. Especially for the price! The egg nog "Sarah Farms" isn't half bad either.
I used the egg nog in a dessert I made last weekend and I like it. I made a White Chocolate Cranberry and Egg Nog Bread Pudding and won 2nd place in the dessert competition of our Knights of Columbus Gumbo Cook-off/Christmas Party. I guess I should mention that I won 1st place in the cook-off as well.
