The only American cities with world class plumbing are Chicago, New York, and maybe San Francisco.

I tried the lemonade/maple syrup/cayenne cleanse. Lost a lot of weight quickly, but it was hard to stick to (I just like food way too much.) I also took bentonite ash which was supposed to help remove the "spackle" from colon walls...

I've done masterclense several times. Mom does as well. 14 days is my record. You are not hungry after day 3, just want to taste something; especially salt. Skin clears up, feel healthier and save a bunch of money (cause you don't go out to eat and to the bars).

I go back to it every year or two for 7 - 10 days.

Takes a while for your fancy New York diets to make their way out west and down the river

Apparently.

I have no idea why this is on the food board, but while we are talking about medical quackery take a look at the pad that remove toxins from your whole body through the soles of your feet. I wonder how these people can afford this crap after spending all their money setting up checking accounts in Nigeria.

Is it OK to substitute 1 big arse apple for the 2 medium apples?
