re: Hamburger seasoning
I almost always mix in Jack Miller's or Pig Stand BBQ sauce when I make my patties. It really helps on the moisture level and adds a lot of flavor. I also always crack a few eggs in there which helps hold things together.

How much sauce just depends. I just eyeball it. A table spoon per pound if I had to guess.

re: Hamburger seasoning
Take Montreal steak seasoning and grind to a powder (I use an inexpensive one sold as coffee grinder). Work in meat or shake on top. Usually grill but also works for pan sear.

re: Hamburger seasoning
When living in Dallas, I used to hit the Burger House in UP often. Always a great burger and they sold their seasoning. It's damn good.

re: Hamburger seasoning
I don’t go crazy with seasoning for burgers. Some good ole ground chuck with a dash of slap yo mamas.

re: Hamburger seasoning
I go with worcestershire and spicy hidden valley ranch powder. Let it sit for awhile.
