I’m not worked up, I just think you come off as a giant cocksucker constantly. Iron sharpens iron

I don't think of GW Finn's as a "tourist trap" but it seems to be a place out-of-towners like much more than locals. I haven't been there in years, but sort of apprciated the 90s decor for what it was and the fact that they were trying to go for something outside of 'Naturally N'awlins' kitsch. I found the food sort of ordinary, but I guess it's consistent.
I like Mandina's.

I’ve been multiple times (3 to 4 times a year) over the last 5 years. As mentioned, the menu changes daily depending on which fresh fish they have. The dry aged tuna comes out looking like a ribeye steak. No one in the city can top it. Yes, it’s $75 but it’s well worth it. Lobster dumplings, Ahi Tuna tacos and their best dessert is The Salty Malty.

Can you tell me how loud it is in there these days? Thinking about going there for my birthday, but I don't think I've eaten there in like ten years!

It’s been years since I’ve been and it was good. It’s always recommended on the New Orleans Foodies fb page.
