Teet’s is probably the best I’ve had, but I’m also not from south LA, so I’m sure I’ve missed out on a lot of it.

LeJeune's in Eunice. Also has a distributer in Lafayette off Johnson.

For those without a decent cajun meat shop you can grab Rabideauxs all over the place and I think it is great in gumbo or beans.

Teet's and Paul's in VP both have excellent smoked sausage. As far as andouille, the big 3 in LaPlace are the best. Can't go wrong with any of them, although Wayne Jacobs is my favorite of the three.

The andouille from Kartchner’s is also very good.
