I bought 5 dozen from the oysterxo.com website coming next wednesday. Looked up some online but just curious what your homemade recipes for grilling would be.

This is what I like to do when I grill oysters.
Before shucking them I'll melt some butter, add crushed garlic, lemon juice, finely chopped green onion, parsley and a bit of Worcestershire sauce to taste and let that slowly heat and blend the flavors.
In a separate pan I'll take fresh spinach or Swiss Chard and cook it down with just a bit of finely diced onion and crushed garlic until well wilted. Then strain it to get a lot of the liquid out.
In a bowl I'll put equal parts Italian Bread Crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Get the grill hot after the oysters are shucked. Put the oysters in the shells on the grill, add a bit of the lemon/herb butter mix, a spoonful of the wilted greens, top with the bread crumb/parmesan mix and another bit of the butter mix and let them cook till done.
I've fixed this many times and have never had a single oyster left over.

I use the Drago’s butter garlic, plus fresh Parm and smoked gruyere cheese. Squeeze fresh lemon
