Picked up a veggie box from Covey Rise and I have a bunch of green garlic. What do I do with it? Never had access to it before.
*Also feel free to add any recipes or ideas for rainbow chard

I think you can use them in place of regular garlic.

I've been throwing it into roasted potatoes or other veggie sautes.

Use it however you'd use regular garlic and/or green onions.

Can’t help with a recipe but we had a green garlic soup in Bavaria/Salzburg two different times the week before Easter a couple years ago. Guessing it was in season. Both were excellent!
Could go that route if you wanted...

I’ve been grabbing a bag from covey rise the past 3 weeks and using the green garlic in salads, roasted veggies, eggs, and in place of regular garlic when I’m out.
