Who has the best gravy fries in Baton Rouge? I want to try some tonight.

Chimes used to have great gravy fries.

That's kind of a long haul for gravy fries

Not when Bonqueisha was your server.

You mean poutine? Or just gravy on fries?

I have no idea what this is. But I'm talking about good ole gravy poured over french fries.

Your Moms or whatever that place is called in the Winn Dixie shopping strip at Burbank/Lee has some great debris cheese fries.

Poutine is Canadian gravy fries with cheese curds thrown in for good measure. Excellent junk food...

Wendy's used to have these on their menu. Hold the cheese curds and you've got gravy fries. Popular in Canada.

Chelsea's were my favorite in BR (RIP)
You can't go wrong with Chimes either. Acme Boo Fries are surprisingly good.

Chimes loaded cheese fries are awesome, but just be aware.. they simply serve a cup of gravy on the side along with a side of ranch. They aren't "gravy fries" in the sense of like debris.
I haven't had Your Moms, but if it is the chopped roast beef that is on the poboy, I imagine they're good.

What do most people think of when they hear "gravy fries"? When it's a poboy place with roast beef on the menu I'm expecting gravy fries to really be "debris fries" with shreds/chunks of meat. Parasols does this but Tracey's serves regular brown gravy (no meat). Technically "gravy" fries, but it's a disappointment.

I get the Acme boo fries quite a bit. Their gravy is on point.

It's sad the the BR folks have to hunt down gravy fries.
