I actually like Gordon Ramsey. I would eat it but that's definitely an interesting take on the recipe.

Yeah the no Worcestershire is weird. The rest of it is perfectly fine, but it needs the Worcestershire.

Needs a lot more butter and throw that Old Bay out and use some proper Creole Seasoning. That how I peel my shrimp for bar be que shrimp though, the hell with trying to peel that shite and your fingers are full of butter and spice.
