Social and Pamplonas make the best cocktails IMO, I'd say Pamplona is the best
Pour sounds like the perfect atmosphere/vibe for what you want too, and they make a good old fashioned and a few good cocktails for the bawettes. Big whiskey selection too.
Others I would consider might be the bar at Don's or Corner Bar, but they don't do too good with the cocktails. Or for something different Philippes does a wine tasting on friday afternoons around 5 then you could walk over to Charlie G's for a drink.

I sort of know the owner of Uncle T's so I stopped by on a Friday evening recently (driving in from out of town). I was just picking up a To-Go order and it was packed, the bar area, restaurant, and people waiting for a table. There were about 4-5 girls at the hostess table and one of them came over to quickly help.
While I don't always tip on To-Go orders, I was planning to that time but I think (?) that she intentionally scribbled through the Tip box so that I wasn't able to tip. I had never seen that before added to a great 1st impression, in and out in two minutes despite lots of people everywhere and chaos from a busy Friday night.

Definitely hitting Pamplona, the wife found some stuff she wants to try. Also... I’m not fricking around with a Bloody Mary on a Friday afternoon anyways.
May get in on the sazerac though.
