Pimanyoli's has delicious fried catfish...It's a decent sized single filet, you can order 2 if you wish..... That with some of their potato salad & mac & cheese or green beans is yummy.

Drive to Laplace tomorrow night. Fattys Main St. Grill has all you can eat fried catfish for 10 bucks. They also have this dipping sauce....try it.

Came here to say just this. They're pretty good, too. My buddies from work and I used to wreck that place on AYCE catfish lunch day.

I don't have any suggestions for BR, but now you have me craving a place that I went to growing up in MS! This place in Pontotoc, MS had awesome whole fried catfish, with really good cole slaw and hush puppies. Middendorf's is good, but thinly fried catfish isn't near as good as whole fried catfish. Hope you find somewhere good!

I actually really like the thin cut fried catfish at Copelands on Essen.


For cheap the Po Boy Express on Florida has decent catfish that's pretty cheap. Not sure if that's the same Po Boy express as the others in the city.
